For as long as I can remember, food has been my way of looking after people.

A good board on the table. Something to dip, scoop, crunch, spread or share. The kind of food that makes people stay a little longer.

Zaza’s Pantry started in my kitchen in Brighton, after a long search for the kind of snack I actually wanted to eat - real ingredients, serious flavour, and nothing that felt like a compromise.

 

The first thing out of the pantry was our hand-baked seed snack.

It started healthy.
It ended addictive.

I baked small batches for myself, then for friends, and kept hearing the

same thing:

 

“These are dangerous.”

​

That felt like the sweet spot.
 

Today, Zaza’s Pantry is still built around that same idea: food that feels generous, tastes properly good, and disappears faster than planned.
