Our products are made in a kitchen that handles all 14 major UK allergans.
Because of this, we cannot guarantee that our products are free from traces of allergens unless this is clearly stated on the product page.

When you place an order, you are making an offer to buy the products in your basket.

After placing your order, you should receive an order confirmation email. This confirms that we have received your order.

We currently deliver to UK & Ireland only.

Delivery times are estimates and are not guaranteed. We are not responsible for delays caused by couriers, weather, incorrect delivery information, or events outside our control.

Please make sure your delivery address is correct. We are not responsible for orders delayed or lost because the customer provided an incorrect or incomplete address.

7. Free delivery

Free delivery may be available when your order value reaches the minimum spend shown on the website.

The free delivery threshold is calculated before any delivery charge is added.

We may change or remove free delivery offers at any time.

8. Cancellations, returns and refunds

Because our products are food items, we cannot accept returns of opened products unless they are faulty, damaged, or incorrectly supplied.

If your order arrives damaged, faulty, incorrect or incomplete, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at zazaspantry@gmail.com. Please include your order number and photos of the product and packaging where possible.

If we agree that the item is damaged, faulty or incorrectly supplied, we will offer a replacement, refund or other suitable solution.

For unopened products, you may have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving it, unless the product is exempt from cancellation rights due to being perishable, sealed for hygiene reasons, or unsuitable for return once opened.

Refunds will usually be made to the original payment method.

Delivery policy

This Delivery Policy explains how delivery works when you order from Zaza’s Pantry.

We currently deliver to the UK and Ireland.

This includes England, Scotland, Wales, Northern Ireland and the Republic of Ireland.

We do not currently deliver to any other countries.

Delivery costs are shown at checkout before you place your order.

Free delivery is available on orders over £25.

3. Dispatch time

We aim to dispatch orders within 3 working days after receiving payment.

Orders placed on weekends or bank holidays will usually be processed on the next working day.

During busy periods, dispatch may take slightly longer.

Estimated delivery time is usually 2 working days after dispatch.

If the courier cannot deliver your parcel, they may leave a card, send a notification, attempt redelivery, leave the parcel in a safe place, or send it to a collection point.

If an order is returned to us because it was not collected or delivery could not be completed, we may need to charge a new delivery fee to resend it.
