Returns & Refunds Policy

We want you to be happy with your order. If something is wrong, please contact us and we will do our best to help.

1. Food products

Zaza’s Pantry sells food products.

Because our products are food items, we cannot accept returns of opened products unless they are faulty, damaged, or incorrectly supplied.

Please check all ingredients and allergen information carefully before ordering and before eating.

2. Damaged, faulty or incorrect items

If your order arrives damaged, faulty, incorrect or incomplete, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.

Please include:
- your order number;
- a short explanation of the issue;
- photos of the product and packaging where possible.

If we agree that the item is damaged, faulty or incorrectly supplied, we will offer a replacement, refund or another suitable solution.

3. Change of mind

For unopened products, you may have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving it, unless the product is exempt from cancellation rights.

Some food products may be exempt from cancellation rights if they are perishable, sealed for hygiene reasons, or unsuitable for return once opened.

Opened food products cannot be returned unless they are faulty, damaged or incorrectly supplied.

4. How to request a return or cancellation

Please include:
- your name;
- order number;
- product name;
- reason for return or cancellation.

5. Return condition

Returned products must be unopened, unused and in their original packaging, unless they are faulty, damaged or incorrectly supplied.

6. Return postage

If the item is faulty, damaged or incorrectly supplied, we will cover reasonable return postage or provide another suitable solution.

If you are returning an unopened item because you changed your mind, you may be responsible for the return postage cost.

7. Refunds

Refunds will usually be made to the original payment method.

Once approved, refunds may take several working days to appear in your account depending on your bank or payment provider.

8. Sale items and promotional items

Sale or promotional items are subject to the same policy unless stated otherwise.
